Returns

If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging, you will be entitled to an exchange or return. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping to our warehouse in Northamptonshire. Please contact us if such a case occurs and we can advise you of the most cost effective means of return.
