If you read any manhwa which has genitals blurred or whitened, then it definitely was created uncensored but published or scanlated censored.it's hard to get uncensored manhwa because of korean manhwa policy.but i think contacting the author for uncensored versions could help. Btw, 'cartoonist nsfw' manhwa is uncensored for some reason.
